move to another state with a later primary that allows you to register on voting day, but only if you’re not voting for Obama…otherwise it’s illegal

If you wish to cause more votes to go to a candidate then you can work to change the voting patterns of those around you. You can raise funds for your candidate and you can work at organizing support for the candidate of your choice. If you cheat and get caught and go to jail you will not be allowed to vote at all. Seek a better path and you may find the proverbial short cut is indeed the longer way to your goal, if you even make it at all.
